This office maintains a public library area in the Municipal Building where property assessment information is available to the general public. These records may be examined anytime during normal business hours, and copies are available for the following fees:

• $1.00 - Property card copies
• $1.00 - Deed copies
• $1.00 - 11x17 tax map copies
• $0.25 - Regular copies
• $35.00 - Full set of 11x17 Waldoboro Tax Maps
• $3.00 - Street Map 24x30
• $65.00 - Full Commitment Book
• $10.00 - Land Use Ordinance Book
