  • Commercial Shellfish Harvester since 1990
  • Openend a clam buying business in 1996 to present.  Currently the only business of this type in operation in Waldoboro.
  • Owner of bait shop for 7 years (I trap my own bait)

Town Committees:

  • Waldoboro Board of Selectmen
  • Waldoboro Shellfish Commission since 2000 (Chairman since 2005)
  • Waldoboro Planning Board for 6 years
  • Appointed by the Governor to to the soft shell advisory committee at the State level for 6 years.
  • Chosen to serve on the green crab task force for the State in 2013 / 2014
  • Helped with the creation of a Waldoboro task force in 2013 with DMR, DEP, and the Department of Agriculture to mitigate polution sources in the Medomak River (Waldoboro's biggest natural resource).
  • Joined Maine Elver Association in 2013 (I am currently the Director).
  • Part of a Waldoboro project in 2014 that did research and testing to drop the 1 inch rainfall closure from 14 to 9 days.

Vehicle Registration Updates

THE TOWN OFFICE CAN PROVIDE REGISTRATIONS BY MAIL - PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AT 832-5369 AND WE CAN TAKE YOU THROUGH THE STEPS!

Motor vehicle and trailer registrations, including all temporary registrations and any fuel use decals that expire during the state of emergency will be extended.

This applies to registrations issued by municipalities or the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and also to temporary registrations issued by dealers.  The State of Maine recognizes the need of individuals, families, and businesses for transportation, work and commerce during the emergency.  These registrations can be renewed after the emergency ends.

Registrations issued by a municipality, including temporary registrations, are deemed extended until 30 days following the termination of the state of emergency  pursuant to P.L. 2019, ch. 617, F-1 , emergency laws approved by the Governor on March 18, 2020.

Other registrations, including temporary registrations, will be extended until 30 days following the termination of the state of emergency pursuant to the emergency provision of 29-A MRSA 405(4).
