This form will sign you up for both Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets, requests must be made by November 3 to make sure we can fulfill all requests:
Thanksgiving Basket Pick Up will be November 22nd at the Town Office between 11:00am and 6:00 pm
Christmas Basket Pick Up will be December 22nd at the Town Office between 11:00am and 5:00 pm
