This form will sign you up for both Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets, requests must be made by November 8th to make sure we can fulfill all requests:
Thanksgiving Basket Pick Up will be Tuesday, November 21st at the Town Office between 12:00am and 6:00 pm
Christmas Basket Pick Up will be December 21st at the Town Office between 11:00am and 5:00 pm
