AD Gray Community Forum May 13th
The Town of Waldoboro will be holding a forum on May 13th regarding two proposals for the former AD Gray School that will be on the June 8th, 2021 warrant. This will be a moderated event that we strongly encourage members of the public to attend remotely on Zoom or watch the recording when it is made available on the Town of Waldoboro Youtube page. In-person seating will be limited and should primarily be for those without reliable internet access who intend to ask questions. It is also strongly encouraged that members of the public submit written questions to planning@waldoboromaine.org prior to the meeting so we can guarantee that it will be asked during the forum.
Starting at 6:00pm, the AD Gray Park Coalition will have up to one hour to discuss their proposal and answer questions regarding the demolition of the former school building to establish a public park.
Starting at 7:00pm, the Volunteers of America will have up to one hour to discuss their proposal and answer questions regarding the rehabilitation of the former school building that will include an addition to provide affordable senior housing.
