The Town of Waldoboro received 5 offers ranging from $249,000 to $351,000. The Town was honored to have 5 offers made by folks who were truly interested in our community. The Select Board accepted the highest offer of $351,000. During the inspection process several unknown items were discovered, leading to a re-negotiated price of $326,000.
